The Minyun town Zhensang country 27 years old Li Guanglei, who got aid from the system of ensuring a minimum standard of living, was identified to suffer from leukemia in 2007. His parents was advanced in age, and his younger sister had been dropped her studies to earn money for curing his brother. So far he had paid 100,000 Yuan for the medical fees; his family couldn’t carry on with affording the burden.
The Minyun town Guoyuan Street 34 years old Liu Chunli, who got aid from the system of ensuring a minimum standard of living, had a surgery of breast cancer. The operation was paid 70,000 Yuan. But now, her cancer cells had been spread，her family couldn’t afford the expensive fees. And her 4 years old daughter was brought up by the elders.
Fangshan District Yanshan eastern of Dongfeng community 56 years old Liu Tianming, who was out of his post in 2001 and retired in 2007, was identified to suffer from blood disease, and he had spent 150,000 Yuan. His wife had been suffered from disease for 15 years and passed away in 2002. Although he got the 5,000 Yuan allowance from the branch of Yanshan Civil Affairs Bureau and the help from China Charity Federation’s presented medicine project, he still couldn't afford the medicine which need each day 800 Yuan for three month a year.
Fangshan District Xiayunling Country Xiashibao Cun 16 years old Xing Yongze was suffered from congenital heart disease, but he didn't get curing, because of the difficulty in economy. On March 2008, he was identified to suffer from leukemia. His parents were peasant, their monthly income just 500 Yuan. Although the administrated committee of Xiashibao Cun raised more than 7000 Yuan to help them, the curing fees couldn’t be solved.
On May 12th, after the discussion by the leaders of BCA, Li Guanglei, Liu Chunli, Liu Tianming and Xing Yongze would receive the one time relief 10,000 Yuan.
