BCA relieved two plight families of Chongwen District in September

The total fees were 45000 Yuan. On January 16^th 2008, the disease broke out again; his family couldn’t afford the fees. After checked the situation of Li Lianpei’s family, BCA decided to give 8000 RMB Yuan as the temporary relief.
