The Smile Train added the People's Liberation Army Second Artillery Corps General Hospital as designated hospital

The Smile Train was set up in 1999 by Chinese American Wang Jianlian. The project was founded in America, and now it had expanded all over the world. The purpose of the project was to provide operation of cleft lips and palates for plight children. Now the Smile Train had 5 hospitals. They were Capital University of Medical Sciences’ subsidiary Beijing Oral Hospital, Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Oral Hospital of Beijing University, and China Medical Science University. On September 16^th, the People's Liberation Army Second Artillery Corps General Hospital became the sixth designated hospital by China Charity Federation.
