Beijing Charity Association (BCA), a legally registered not-for-profit and public well-being oriented social corporation, is consisted of those institutions and individuals who are engaged in, support and care for the public charity based voluntary participation. The leaders of BCA engaged in study in Chaoyang District, Mentougou District and Haidian District

On August 26^th, the executive vice chairperson Lei Zhanquan and the vice chairperson Yang Decheng of BCA came to Chaoyang District to learn the development of charity and discussed with the leaders of the local charity association on how to promote the development of charity and how to build up the charitable organization. On August 27^th and September 23^rd, they inspected respectively in Mentougou District and Haidian District.
