On conference, the general secretary Tang Yin gave a report about BCA work summary of last half a year in2008 and the key in work of next half a year, the people who participated this conference discussed the report and gave some suggestions.

First, we must carry on the various relief work and the security work with high quality, to perform our duty better for Olympic. Third, we must obtain some progress on building donated system, we should make some brand projects and a effective project instructions. Fourth, we should perfect the charitable system further and established the branch organizations in Fangshan, Yanqing, Tongzhou and Daxing ect. as soon as possible. To set up a mode of communication with overseas charity associations in order to Exchange experience. Fifth, to strengthen the organization and thoughts’ education. Finished responsibility system to each post of Beijing Charity Association and the emergency in advance system. Sixth, pay more attention on cooperation with media to enhance propaganda effective. At last, the vice chairperson Liu Baocheng highly praised the staffs of BCA assiduous attitude in ice snow and earthquake activities and encouraged the staffs to continue this attitude to finish the next half a year work. He hoped the young persons can be more professional as soon as possible by learning, thinking and industrious working.
