On July 2nd, Beijing Charity Association vice chairperson Yang Decheng, general secretary Tangyin and vice general secretary Zhang Kunyi discussed with the related leaders Ding Changli ect. of the relief department Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau about the plan of learning assistance in 2008 and how to cooperate to the government’s relief policies.

The result of the discussion was that the freshman who belonged to the system of ensuring a minimum standard of living would be supported by government; Beijing Charity Association would support the freshman from the low income family.
